Our specialty is gunite construction, a steel-reinforced shell sprayed and finished on site. That is what makes shape a genuine choice instead of a catalogue selection, whether you want an infinity edge looking over a preserve, a plunge pool with a spillover spa, or a lap pool built for actual swimming. Finishes are Florida Stucco, Stonescapes, or NPP. We do not install Pebble Tech, and we will explain why during design rather than after.

Built for open pools taking on more debris, pollen, and sun. Everything in Standard, plus tile cleaning and salt cell maintenance.
Built for vacation rentals and high-use pools. Everything in Gold, plus a second mid-week visit to recheck chemistry and catch problems while they are still small and cheap.

Fewer variables drive the number than most people expect. Pool volume, whether the pool is enclosed or open, whether it runs chlorine or salt, and how heavily it gets used are what move it. An enclosed chlorine pool on the Standard plan sits at the low end. An open saltwater pool at a rental property on Platinum, with two visits a week, sits at the high end. We quote after seeing the pool rather than over the phone, because a number guessed from a postcode helps nobody.
Work outside the plans is quoted per job: pump repair, heater repair, leak detection, filter cleaning, acid washing, tile cleaning, and equipment upgrades.
Most custom gunite pools in Fort Myers run 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to final inspection. Where you land in that range depends on design complexity, the features you choose, and current Lee County permitting timelines. The detail worth knowing is that the clock starts at permit approval, not at signing, which is why permits and planning gets a page of its own: it is the stage that sets your realistic start date.
