Most backyards get built one piece at a time: a pool this year, a patio next, a kitchen when there is room in the budget. It works, but you can see the seams. A&E Pools designs the whole space first, then builds it in whatever order suits you, so the pool, the deck, the kitchen and the shade all belong to the same plan. Family owned since 2017, licensed (CPC1459515) and insured, working across Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.
Outdoor kitchens. Built-in grills, prep space, bar seating and cabinetry that survives Florida humidity. Most clients place the kitchen before the pool shape is final, because where you cook decides where everyone stands.
Patios and hardscapes. The surfaces everything else sits on: pool decks, walkways, entertainment areas and decorative concrete, engineered for this climate and this soil.
Fire features, pergolas and shade. Fire pits and outdoor fireplaces for the evening, pergolas for the afternoon.
Pools and service plans. What a build includes, what weekly service costs, and how long a custom pool really takes from permit to first swim.
You are hiring one company for the whole yard, not coordinating four trades who each blame the last one. That is the practical reason clients give for building this way, and the reason the finished space looks designed rather than assembled.
