Fort Myers' Custom Outdoor Kitchen Builders
Florida’s weather was not made for cooking indoors. At A&E Pools, LLC, we design and build custom outdoor kitchens in Fort Myers and throughout Southwest Florida, creating fully equipped, beautiful cooking and entertaining spaces that make the most of our year-round sunshine. From built-in grills and prep stations to bar seating and custom cabinetry, we build outdoor kitchens that are as functional as they are stunning.
An outdoor kitchen is not just an upgrade; it is a lifestyle change. A professionally designed and installed outdoor kitchen creates the space where your family gathers, your guests linger, and your backyard becomes the destination. We bring more than 10 years of hands-on experience and a family-owned commitment to craftsmanship to every outdoor kitchen we build.
We work with homeowners throughout Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota Counties to design outdoor kitchens that match their vision, complement their pool and patio, and hold up to Florida’s heat and humidity year after year. Licensed (CPC1459515), insured, and proud FSPA members, we deliver the quality, accountability, and attention to detail your outdoor living investment deserves.
No two outdoor kitchens we build are the same, and that is exactly the point. Every design starts with your vision and your space: a simple built-in grill station with a countertop and bar seating, or a fully loaded cooking center with refrigerator, sink, side burners, pizza oven, and custom cabinetry. Every component is custom-configured to your backyard layout and entertaining style.
We build with materials chosen for Southwest Florida’s climate: stainless steel appliances, concrete or stone countertops, and weather-resistant cabinetry that will not warp, fade, or corrode in the heat and humidity. And we design the full picture, so your kitchen flows naturally with your pool deck, patio, pergola, and outdoor living space. The result is not just a cooking station; it is a complete outdoor environment that looks like it was always meant to be there. An outdoor kitchen is even better as part of a complete outdoor living space. Pair yours with a custom pergola for shade and style, ground it in a beautifully designed patio or hardscape, or add fire features nearby so dinner rolls straight into evenings around the fire.

Florida’s heat, humidity, and salt air demand materials built to last: stainless steel appliances, UV- and moisture-resistant cabinetry, and concrete, stone, or tile countertops that hold up to the elements. Everything we specify is chosen for durability in Southwest Florida’s outdoor environment, so your kitchen keeps looking and working great for years.
It depends on design complexity, material availability, and permitting. A standalone outdoor kitchen typically completes in a matter of weeks; a full backyard transformation with kitchen, pool, and patio may take several months from design to completion. You get a realistic timeline specific to your scope during the free consultation.
Absolutely; that is where we do some of our best work. We routinely combine outdoor kitchens with pool installation, patio and hardscape work, and pergola builds for complete, cohesive spaces. Building together ensures seamless design integration and often reduces total timeline and cost. See the full scope on our Outdoor Living page.
